Strange ideas
need good company.
We're building an independent game studio from the ground up.
And we're looking for someone who wants to build it with us.
Small beginnings.
Long-term ambitions.
Tall Pear Studios is an emerging independent game studio based in Mexico, focused on creating distinctive games, strange worlds, and memorable experiences.
The studio was founded by a software engineer currently pursuing an MBA, combining technical development with business and production management.
Our founder leads programming, game systems, publishing, marketing, and studio operations, while personally funding planned development and launch expenses within a defined budget.
We're not promising the next million-dollar hit.
We're building the foundations of a studio we want to grow for years to come.
Marlow's
Infinite Kitchen
An atmospheric third-person 3D platformer featuring surreal environments, expressive movement, and environmental boss encounters.

Our first major development goal is a polished vertical slice featuring Kid, our protagonist, and The Supplier, our first boss.
Founding 3D Artist
We're looking for someone who wants to shape worlds,
not just deliver assets.
What you'll help create
- Stylized 3D character and creature modeling.
- Environmental modeling and props.
- UV mapping, texturing, and game-ready assets.
- Collaborating on visual direction and character design.
- Preparing assets for Godot 4.
Experience with Blender is preferred. Rigging and animation experience are valuable but not required.
We value creativity, communication, reliability, and a distinctive artistic perspective over formal credentials.
Two disciplines.
One shared vision.
The founder
Technical development, production, publishing, business operations, and planned project expenses.
The creative partner
Artistic identity, visual development, and 3D production of our games.
A clear starting point
This is an early-stage collaboration without an upfront salary or guaranteed income. Compensation would be based on a mutually negotiated, written, project-specific revenue-sharing agreement. Revenue is not guaranteed.
Participation in future games or studio ownership would be discussed separately.
We want to build a transparent, sustainable working relationship where both people have meaningful creative input.
Maybe we should
make something
together.
You don't need a perfect résumé. Show us what you've made, tell us what you love creating, and why this sounds interesting to you.
